What were you doin' Sunday

I was hanging with Jules Lund... you know the guy from Getaway?? It was a really fun day. Got to see how they produce a TV show. We took jules and the channel 9 team out on our boat to swim with a Whale Shark, for a new show called "Things to do before you die". We got a gorgeous little 4m shark which was very inquisitive! So here's apic of me startstruck :) lol BTW i must say he was an AWESOME guy, very down to earth just like the boy next door really... so cliche!
our team with Jules!

Other than that, i didnt travel so well over the weekend. struggled on the boat.... for gods sakes i dont know why, its just like i got out there and it was a free for all. started with croissants and snowballed from there!

a good thing though, is that i am really focused on portion control...hmm well... am at home anyway. am being very concious of the amount i eat and the type of food i am eating. Except on the boat there were salamis and heaps of yummy gourmet stuffs....I LOVE THAT STUFF...its the wog in me.... but i can have it anytime i like, for goddsakes my husbands a butcher.... like im never going to seee it again and theres a shortage of it around me. GO FIGURE. anyway i have to stop beating myself up over it, its long gone... cant change it, just learn from it. Ok, so all the negative energy is leaving mwa with this post so i can focus on a good healthy clean week!

til next time

xxx gotta go get me ars kicked by Sharee - PT, doin legs today :( :) :)

Hi Kaddy, I've just come across your blog and it's been great reading your posts. It sounds amazing heading out on the boat each day. Good luck with your 12 week challenge. I just started my own challenge yesterday I feel like I am going to reach my goal this time. Look forward to reading about your adventures.

btw that's so exciting having the channel 9 crew out. I'll have to keep an eye out for the show.
