Todays purchases:
1)
firstly a bought a pair of Tanita scales that do the body fat and hydration etc; which i am STOKED about; this way i can keep an eye on myself....i just realised my old scales are about 5kgs out! I knew it didnt make sense that i felt SO big but the scales were saying something different. i got them for a bargain from www.alwaysonsale.com.au 2) A power juicer off ebay - cant wait; i love juice with ginger
3) Pro activ - after laying on the lounge hearing the info mercial go on and on and on i succumbed and bought it. Fingers crossed it stops these annoying break outs...my chin feels so greasy...its amazing... as a teenager i had the clearest skin; now i get these hormonal break outs, it drives me nuts. But Jessica Simpson reckons this'll work so i'll give it a go! :)
i really need to be a bit more constructive today. am going to make a yummy bircher muesli and this afternoon i have to train my legs...giddy up!
