1. my australian property investor magazine finally arrived!! whoop whoop
2. i kicked ass with my legs
3. it's been 4 days since my last boozer & my energy is finally skyrocketing again and my motivation and positivity levels are BACK
4. i've done my abs to plan
5. i've eaten to plan
god i could go on and on.... big gold star for kaddy and i almost forgot i turned down an evening out to 1. save money i shouldnt spend and 2. to not let myself get tempted...mid week is bad for that!
things are starting to fire, its scary. Since i let go of the obsessive 12 week comp thing and am focusing on 'moving forward' i just focus on bettering myself every day and it's working!
i so enjoyed my cardio last night; i went with bec (from last post) i cant believe how much it rocked, it was socialising and training and loving every darn second of it@! i figure if i can socialise doing healthy things i will far less have the need or feel the urge to do boozing catch ups like i have done in the passed.
the only thing bad is this darn headache i've been carrying for the passed 4 days (boozer withdrawals maybe?!) maybe junk and booze withdrawals....whatever, just drinking lots of water and aiming for HEALTH!!
