RECOVERY

OMG it is freeeeeezing here!! dido to all who are complaining about the cold....i've only just started to feel it and ppl come here for their winter getaways.... i gues it says something about adjusting to your climate!

ok, so week 2 was an absolute disaster. One thing lead to another and right now i just feel sluggish and CRAP! But it's ok, i ate alot of things yesterday that i shouldn't have and had a woe is me afternoon feeling crap for my previous few days efforts so now i have to turn it all around to feel good again.

how am i supposed to feel good if i am being disrespectful to myself?i have personal training at 8.45 , will do some cardio tonight and have bumped up my PT sessions to 2 sessions a week to help me stay on track. will be skulling LOADS of water to try and flush my system so i can feel better!

today will be rest and recovery day, eat clean, train hard, drink loads of water and get an early night (sounds like such a mission with how tired im feeling right now) but i know by Wed i'll be feeling great! and i have to start somewhere.... straight to a warm shower for me to try and feel human :)

LOL!!! I'm hearing ya sis ;) I think it's cold here... it's like 23deg or something outside. I could NOT survive in really cold places... having said that I DID live in Canada for a year, don't know how!!!
one foot in front of the other, little steps lead to big things :)
