ok, now this is basically a foot note to the last post! My own reminder.
Yesterday i asked the question "why do i do this?" (why do i try and stick to health/fitness plans) and last night it all finally dawned on me! Im not a dumb girl but sometimes it takes me a long time to get such simple things.
So this is my note to self so when i get down or i forget i can remind myself!
I persevere with all of this becasue when im unhealthy and treat myself poorly i become an awful, miserable rude and intolerant person; who is no fun to be around, is tired, lethargic has zilcho energy; and just cant be bothered with basic shit; my concentration is zapped and i can't focus/dont focus on anything important or relevant in my life which basically leads me no where! NOWHERE"!!! I STAY THE SAME!!! THIS IS WHY I DO IT, IT IS NOT COMPLICATED IT IS SIMPLE I DO IT BECASUE IT MAKES ME FEEL GOOD AND INTURN THAT IMPROVES MY LIFE! EASY!!~

That is why we all do it I think. And after a while it will become habit and then it will be the lifestyle that we want to live!
