staying on top

well... have been reasonably strong; have had bad caffeine and chocolate cravings... ain the process of kicking bad habits and it always happens. its 10.30 pm im as bright as a button; had a strong weights session this morning and did some good cardio this arvo with a couple of friends which was fun.... i think i just have to kick the coffee am feeling WAY too dependant on it... coffee, diet coke...choc... GRRR

i think as rae has said, if you're having trouble with something its best just not to have anything.... im irritable and grumpy for no good reason; have got to get on top of it!

Kaddy, do you take chromium picolinate? It is great for regulating insulin response and therefor controlling cravings. So really useful for PCOS sufferers. Sticking to a low GI diet equally helps keep the PCOS sugar insulin spikes at bay.

I know PCOS sufferers that have fallen pregnant naturally. I have more than one fertility issue so needed to use IVF. I know others that have opted to look at assisted conception methods straight away with great success too (using oral medication to achieve ovulation). The science is amazing, so when the times comes, discuss it with your doc for options
