Day 1

"I seek beauty in all things and will settle for nothing less."

Your mission today is to write out 5-10 things you will release over the next 32 days.

Don't worry about "how". Remember this: "why" is always more powerful than "how". Knowing why will propel you upward. All the "hows" in the world can keep you locked at base camp.

The answer never has been more knowledge. The answer has always been a reason to act
and act boldly.

1. extra body fat - so i like what i see in the mirror and how i feel in my clothes
2. self defeating attitude - so i can feel like a winner every day

I am so excited to hear that the clothes are fitting looser.

Now as to the cardio question...

None of us like hard cardio, but in order to move the fat we have to do it. You can lessen the amount and duration of cardio once you are close to where you want to be and have increased your metabolism. I will send you an email soon on this. I know I keep promising, but with people away at work (including me being sick) I have just been too busy to even email any of my wonderful friends like yourself. I even had to cut my Mum's phonecall short!! Ooops!!
