i wore jeans last night~!! woohoo it's been a while it felt so good! and yesterday just for the helluvit i did some measurements and they're all down!it took me back to a conversation i had with an old trainer on another occassion when we were talking i told him exitedly that i was now running 10km's and the weight was dropping off his reply... "yes, that's what you call progress Kat" it made me think.
My goal for this week is to focus on my portions and reduce them where i can and train hard! i'm aiming to be 67.5 by this time next week. i get so excited every day now because i know it's one day closer to my goals!
i've had a great weekend, stayed motivated and on track, i am very pleased & i've hung out with dan heaps ....i love this long weekend stuff; it rocks! I've had so much QT with Dan im loving it!

Well done so far, thats great news you can now wear jeans and all the measurements being down is wonderful keep up the great work.
And isn't it great to see your goals coming true. Everytime I think I want something, like mcflurry or chocolate I think of my bloging friends, my star chart and my scales and how great it will be once they say anything under 70 kg's.
It is so exciting that everyone has started a challenge around the same time and it is really helping me stay FOCUSED! (as per your previous post)
