this weeks going great guns, have started doing weights over 4 day split, am enjoying the change and have been cardioing every morning and changing it around to keep me fresh :)
not much to report; been clean eating and all that i plan for me to do and am feeling much better for it~! i have just had the last 3 days off; i know, how lucky am i?! i get a long weekend EVERY week!
aaaannnyyyway; i read over my Burn the Fat Feed the Muscle book and have taken a few things out of that. i've scheduled my meals to remind me to eat; if i dont get hungry and im busy i forget then all of a sudden end up ravaged! made an awesome curry last night! it was a little warm but VERRRRY yummy! dan sat next to me and ate his home made beef cheese n bacon sausage rolls; now im not one for pastries, but his pastries he makes with quality ingredients and they taste SO GOOD~!
also went fishing with some great friends last night; they have been up on holidays; NO FISH... but a lurvely night!

It sounds like the 3 days off have been helpful to get you back on track. Well done. And I'm very jealous that you get a 3 day weekend every weekend. How i'd love that.
