im going...

on a holiday... no work for me to do....

remember that old song?... anyyyy wayyyy

im off fri morning - perth for one week for a tourism expo, then a week at home with my family!!! am so excited!!! just cant wait!!!

shopping saturday wooooohhoooooo haven't shopped since MARCH!!! im going to be like a kid in a candy shop... where to go first?!! AND i have barely anything trendy to wear, i realise when i rock up to the city what a country bumpkin i am lol....

i know my nutrition and work outs will be great when im with my family as i will be able to go to the gym - i have my resistance bands to use at my bosses (better than nothing) & he has a treadmill so i can do cardio - the eats and alcohol are always hard in when im with him though... we love a great time! i just have to keep reminding myslef that it takes me 4 weeks to lose what i gain in a week.... i might even make a sign and stick it on his fridge so i keep reminding myself! and if the enevitable happens i guess im just going to have to make the right choices at the time... stick to great nutrition, that way any bad 'nights' or few glasses of wine wont be too bad.

Im not really that concerned, as when i get back all the work crew will be gone and there'll be bugger all social occassions so it wont be so tempting!

I have some food prepared to help me with my plight just some protein bars and some pwders etc -im thinking now i might be better off spending sat at home (boss's) preparing some snacks and stuff for during the week so that i am prepared rather than going shopping sat - might save the clothes shopping for when i get to bunbury - perth is a little daunting for me anyway; i dont get so stressed in bunbury - the fewer choices the better - when you havent seen a clothes shop in 9 months it tends to spin u out about - no shit - i kid you not!

am spinning myself out - gotta wax, make sure everything is packed - not pack too much so i have heaps of room to bring back a rediculous amount of clothes, shoes and house stuff (we have to make the most of city trips as u can count the amount of shops in this teen little town on 1 hand.... ok, maybe 2 hands... but we're 1200km north of perth, so even if you can get it, it's usually super expensive!) buy new running shoes YAY a gruelling process with my dumb feet but totally worth it.....

whoo...gonna go review... stop spinning out and spend the arvo with my gorgeous fiance. Got the afternoon off so we can go fishing together... feelin rather devilish gonna take all my might to stay on track today...it's just been one of those weeks! :( but abs abs abs.... should help...

Golly gosh....i've just caught up on your blog...which mind you took me ages to read!! You’ve been a busy busy girl!

You sound like you are doing well in your BFL and eating regime. I started doing the BFL and found it really good in that it sets you up for eating healthy (well not for me at the moment) but you get more of an idea of what you should be eating and that eating regularly really does work. And what a nice thing to do for your sister…giving her that lovely present, and helping her to lose weight. What a sweetie you are!

I know you wrote this ages ago, but I fully agree with you about the gym/personal trainers not giving proper advice, etc to clients and expecting them to know how to lift weights correctly. I have seen so many people lifting weights incorrectly, it is unbelievable. You can offer advice to these people but because you don’t work for the gym, they just assume you don’t know what you’re talking about and get offended or whatever. Do gyms/trainers not get adequate training to be able to operate efficiently? It is so frustrating!!

Keep up the great work and I hope you enjoyed your fishing (did you catch any??). I haven’t been fishing for AGES….I LUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUURVE fishing!!!

Later ;o)

hi! wow - u really did catch up lol i feel lurved ! lol

nah no fish BUMMER - i sware im a wind jinx too i stepped out the door to leave work at 1 pm and i swear it started blowing immediately, it had been dead calm all morning! SHEESH.. was not impressed!

the BFL is going well, my only down fall is expecting a miracle over night - which i know WILL NOT happen! my sis is loving the BFL book - feels relieved i think , as it is no nonsense and written so anybody can understand it!

its AMAZING re: the personal trainer thing... i am still majorly pissed about it, im actually looking forward to going to the gym with my sis to see what her gym is like. Im kind of glad other people have acknowledged their concern/frustration with their experiences too; at least i know it's just not me!

cheers for droppin' by!

ABS ABS ABS - cheers for the support grrrrls!
