
Today i am feelin' GR8!!
A few days of clean livin' & exercise has got the bloating and fluid retention down (honestly i felt like the michelin man for a few days there after grand final celebrations; it was SO uncomfortable!!!)
I did some pilates this morning which was pretty relaxing and i have a weights session tonight - lower body i think.... and i have got back in to running again; am doing andrews running program he wrote for me, as i found i got so much fitter and covered more distance a lot quicker. I am really enjoying being back in to it, and it keeps me away from the cigarettes; which i hate anyway, but seem to fall back in to on occassion (bloody idiot)...obviously due to my lack of focus... but i must say, that learning to focus has been possible, i have become a lot better at it of late (which i never thought possible) and it has all stemmed from weight training...... bloddy amazing!
By the way, i am also gonna start a recipes blog as i find random recipes sometimes and i need somewhere to be able to easily access them.... will fill you in on details when it's up and running!
