the picture says it all....however scary it may be lol... (credit to amelia for her hanywork)i don't know what's hapenning to me... but i wont complain... things have just changed... it's happened b4 but never really felt quite so permanent...
i was flicking through my old mags yesterday, as i wanted to make sure i had infact read them... and i found an awesome article in one of the oxygen mags about abs, and the pic was wicked... so i decided that is what i want... i wanted them b4 but never really believed i could get them, now i know i can and the only thing that is stopping me from getting there is myself... i am on a quest... i want to be standing on the beach on xmas day with a lovely flat stomach with ab outline!
so i have pinned "mrs abs" to my wall and have began implanting her in to my mind, i look at her every morning and today when i went to get everyone coffee i looked at the choc cheescake and mrs abs flashed in my mind, then looked over at my fav the hedgehog slice - and mrs abs flashed up again and my taste buds didnt even respond~, instead of my usual cappuccino i got a long black and added my own milk! i will have mrs abs - abs by xmas!
