My poor mind

I woke up this morning and had a bit of a cuddle up to dan and said my head is so sore...my poor head i have about a million things going through my mind right now, and then started rattlnig everything off; and he started cracking up and i said "what?!" his reply... " i just had a vision of all these little bouncy balls bouncing in your head a hundre miles an hour" i laughed too, coz that's exactly how i felt.... so i did what makes me feel best, donned my running gear and went and did some HIT cardio.... then my mind was clear and i felt ALOT better!

I have been going great guns this week! Absolutely NO BOOZE and am SO FOCUSED! Steve Irwans memorial made me really think about my life and put it in to perspective. When Bindi came out and read her tribute i lost it, i'd held back the tears until then, i then continued to bawl for the rest of the tribute! Afterwards i felt so proud to be an Australian and thought, one person really can make a difference; i've still been procrastinating about doing this course; i told my mum i was going to do it, her reply "go on... you succeed at everything you do" WOW that blew me away, she's never said anything like that to me before, and then madge summed it all up for me as i was riding to work: "there's only so much you can learn in one place, the more that I wait, the more time that I waste" Madonna "Jump" Confessions On a Dance Floor

and then i recieved this e-mail with a prayer i would like to share:

Saint Theresa's prayer:

May today there be peace within. May you trust God that you are exactly
where you are meant to be. May you not forget the infinite
possibilities that are born of faith. May you use those gifts that you
have received, and pass on the love that has been given to you. May you
be content knowing you are a child of God. Let this presence settle
into your bones, and allow your soul the freedom to sing, dance, praise
and love. It is there for each and every one of us.

In case anyone is not aware, Saint Theresa is known as the Saint of the
Little Ways, meaning she believed in doing the little things in life
well and with great love. She is also the patron Saint of flower
growers and florists. She is represented by roses.

So there's my post, very deep, but there's my day, man it's been a DEEP day lol! I have a training session tonight! WOOHOO can't wait to make these muscles burn, i imagine there'll be lost of legs tonight on the smith machine! YAY!

Doh Kat, you sound like you've been through a few rough patches of late. I hope you are feeling better about everything. Try some meditation, see if that will slow those bouncing balls down!

I absolutely bawled my eyes out at Steve Irwin's tribute...very very sad...and yes, it does put things into perspective doesn't it! You never know what is going to happen so we all need to live life to the fullest NOW!!

I love the prayer too!!
