Today i'm finishing work early to go hunting for Cobia. The mantas have just moved around from the West Side in to the Gulf along with the Humpbacks so it should be awesome.
Cobia are a big fun sports fish which hitch rides with big creatures such as Whale Sharks and Manta Rays , you can see cobia beneath the Whale Shark in the first pic. The Whael Sahrks have gone but there's still plenty of Manta Rays around!!
They're so much fun to catch!!! I love sports fishing but haven't been doing neally enough of it lately!! My passion for fishing seemed to weaken with my resolve to become obsessed with health and fitness, then for the last 6 months i've really just been floundering between everything.... so first things first, back in to my favourite thing ever, then me thinks the rest will fall in to place!!
We're getting low 30's at the moment OMG it's just divine - gotta get trim, taut and terrific for summer, itsa knockin on our door!!
Oh boy oh boy oh boy, Blue Bone, Barramundi & Blue water fishing BRING ON SUMMER!!!

another glorious day in paradise.... ok ok i'll shut up! u can laugh at me when it's nearly 50 degrees and i feel like im gonna melt!
