Wow - i forgot what it's like to have such clarity! Now I know why at the depths of my misery i still clutched straws - looking forward at a life which i knew beyond all of my own doubts was entirely possible.... i just don't think i've ever remained here for long enough before for it to have become the norm - but now i know why i kept fighting - its very easy to forget how good things have been when you slip into a regular routine which involves lots of time drinking, smoking and socialising. I just can't believe i was stupid enough to go back last time i felt this way!
Anyway, since it's a whole new fresh start to me and my life i've decided to reinvent myself. My reward to myself this week is a new hair cut and im saving up so when i go to Perth I can buy a heap of new shoes and clothes for work, from now on i will represent myself at a much higher standard - no more average jo for Kat - i now have enough time in my day to do my hair nicely and wear make-up! So that's what i'm going to do!
It is just so easy to slip back in to relaxed mode here, everyone and everything is just so casual, for god sakes i weat thongs to work and i manage this buisness@! Not anymore, evcerything in my life is now going to click up a level!! I am so stoked!I know my life will never be the same again because i will never settle for less than i have now!

Kat it sounds like you are really focussed and feeling fabulous. Excellent reward idea too - are we going to see a pic of the new hair-do? I'm thinking of doing mine soon - might have to save it up for a reward!

You hit the nail right on the head, it's all to "easy". If being fit and healthy were easy everyone would be doing it. It's not, and that's what makes us different. We're not like "everyone".

I'm loving the new attitude Kat and am just so stoked that Dan has quit the ciggies also. You are so right, it makes it so much easier when you have your partner's support (not that I've ever really had one, so frankly I am talking out of my a** here... LMAO!!)
