Hi everyone! Im back! I just haven't had a chance to blog this week i can't wait til i have a computer at home!
Chontelle still ROFLMAO at the fishing in stillettos comment! Thanks Andj for dropping by and Rae you can be my shopping guide ANYDAY!
Well, what a week! It's been ok, been floundering a bit and need a kick up the butt to get stuck in to my resistance training! The running has been fantastic though! I usually always run in the morning so that it's done for the day, however this week purely by accident (as id been to lazy to run when i should have) i did a NIGHT run and LOVED it!~! and you know what, i'd never even considered it as an option before as i was always too scared that id miss my cardio due to other plans in the evening, but now i'll always run at night if i can...! It keeps my away form the booze and socialising.... so it's a great alternative... you definately don't feel like drinking or playing hard after a nice big run, it just gives you this respect for your body, and knowing what you can do with it, the last thing i want to do is then go and abuse it! SO THE EVENING RUNS ROCK! hmmm now for the resistance....
On wed night my boss bought a carton of beer for everyone at work, i took 2, put them in my bag (im building up a pile for the end of my 12 weeks) then went for a run! I had such a great pace...not smoking was kickin ass! I ran straight passed all my work crew who were unusually still outside the shop drinking! I was so stoked that i wasn't there! it left a real impression on me!
Then i ran down a path i haven't ran down in AGES! It was the first path i EVER ran. I was SO proud to get from my front door to the end of the path (all of about 10 mins i think) i can remember being SO STOKED! i almost started crying when i was running, i just had this HUGE rush of emotion... i had already been running for about 50 mins by the time i got to tghe path at the best pace i've ever done and it was like a trip down memory lane reminding me what difference consistancy makes!
So that's my week! fkn awesome!
My challenge is this weekend, i always find week ends hard, however am going to sit down and plan it out and go through all the scenarios and have a plan of attack! Once i've got through this one the rest'll be easy! Have a good weekend everyone!!

Got some words mixed up, so I'll try again (well it IS Sunday morning... LOL!!)
Wow Kat, I got goosebumps reading this post because it shows you have begun to make fitness a major priority in your life. You have wanted to for so long, but now you are actually doing it!! If you train first, then other things can be done afterwards, but you are so right. Once you have trained, the last thing you want to do afterwards is ruin all that hard work by boozing, smoking and eating crap!! It's so fantastic to see that you are putting you, your health and your fitness at the top of your list!! I am so, so, SO proud of you xxx
WOW Kat!! I can hear the excitement in your post!!! Great idea for the night running, how much do you just love it hey! Running is like how flying must be for a bird, you feel like there's no hassles, you just take in the surroundings and can.just.think. :)
Or does that just sound silly!?
You must be clocking up some KMs anyway!! Well done :)
Have a great week!
