MY ZONE

You know what, i haven't posted for a while because i've had a bit of down time, been moving house, looking for real estate and not doing ANYTHING towards my fitness, however have just landed in the best head space i've had in years.

To cut a long story short, im forever writing anything and everything down... little scribbles in about 5 different books...(no wonder i get so confused) last night i went home and tore them all up and chucked them in the bin...it was confusing my head..and decided to focus on the here and now... not stress about smoking or anything else... and you know what i finally feel as if im going to start making some progress FINALLY.

I haven't ran at all in well over a week.... and now im actually scared of running becasue i know how hard it'll be, but im just going to go for a jog and get myself back in to it...

i feel the best mentally i have felt in a long time.... it's peaceful!

I write things down in little books as well and I used to get confused too. Now I write it all down in one book that has 5 sections. I make sense of it all in there and then once I have it together in my head I write some of down in my blog.
I was starting to wonder what was happening overthere in Katland!
Don't look at you runs from the point of view of the pain they will bring you in doing them - think about how good you will fell afterwards and as a result of doing them.

Hey Kat, its good to have you back! Focusing on the here and now is the best way to 'de-clutter' your mind. We spend so much time stressing about everything that it sometimes feels too big to get everything done and make everyone happy!

Hope you enjoyed your jog!
