howdy; well the last few days have been great! am on track and feeling good; energy levels picking back up. Am back to work today and am ready and rarin'! Had a good resistance cardio work out this morning; the bloody wind was horrendous!!!
never mind took it as a blessing coz it made me work harder :)
got dans blessing for croatia, however he's not coming; but thats cool, i dont mind toomuch am sad, but will make the most of the experience!
Have put back on the 3 kgs i lost; 3 weeks to lose; a week and a half to put back on! Teaches me not to be complacent!
Am eagerly awaiting the delivery of the 'Fattitude' book Lia recommended and got the book The Power of Now - which Jaime-Lee was reading; for a bargain off ebay! So will have some great reads coming! Cant wait! OH and i think my 'bean' will arrive today, will keep u posted on what i tihnk!

Hey I have a proposition for you. Which probably sounds weird, seeing you don't know me from a bay of soap! We weigh about the same and I am starting my 12 week challenge next week. HI JL! Nah she's never been with Sue - Nope she did her own blitz and won the 12 week blitz in 2005; she's an angel. The support is incredible.IT IS THE BEST PROGRAM i have done so far :)
