day 1 done and dusted

i've some how managed to convnce my sub concious that i am a healthy hippy at heart and im all go for the clean food...well its pretty true anway, i just forget myself at times.

Day 1 - 100%: big bike ride with my friend this morning, clean eating all day and an upperbody workout this morning; i am pumped - but am having some l-glutamine with my protein shake right now - because i know in gonna feel it in the morning real bad otherwise!

The nutrition thing was actually completely easy... i been here before and was here for such a long time that clean eating just became a way of life... the food isnt the issue it's the lack of training and boozing and partying is what took it's toll.... WEEEELLLLL ok, that was for starters....then once that took over my nutrition took a back seat too...what can i say? its all about balance and nutrition and a lot of SELF CONTROL; it really is so much easier at the time to be BAD and make bad choices; but in the long run it just causes pain; anyway; i like to think of it as one big adventure, the way i see it getting back in to shape will NEVER be as confusing or as hard as the first time around; let alone as frustrating.... am really adamant about reaching maintenance and then i will look after myself this time!!!
