A week in Review

" People are always blaming circumstances for what they are. I don't believe in circumstances. The people who get ahead in this world are the people who get up and look for the circumstances they want!" George Bernard Shaw

Im having a raging week so far, up and down a bit in the moods department, but hey, i figure since i'm female i can justify it lol! You see it's only from the perspective of a male that women have been labelled "moody" apparently men don't have mood swings.... which makes me just have to ask well what the hell are they called then???? I know heaps of men that are "moody", however they will tell you, swear black and blue that they do not get moody, hmmm is there a different term that they use for themselves?? or is it just that they're in denial.....??? one ponders....hullo sistas is anyone else hearin' me??

Anyway, on a positive note...
i've been 100% with my training this week and have really been pushing myself, and my nutrition has been awesome! I had it all perfect until about 10pm last night when my partner came home and cooked his tea (he's a butcher) you should see what comes through our door! I am pretty good at avoiding eating his food, however he cooked up crumbed french lamb cutlets on the bbq nevertheless, OMG, it started as a little nibble... u know, just for a taste...and then i hmmm just kept going lol. Only 2 and they were only small, lol, well smallish... so that's my off plan secret confessed, as i was eating them, i looked at th epic of the hot chic i have plastered up and mentioned to Dan that she didn't get that way by 'cheating' and how i thought that she wouldn't of touched them, he said " well, i reckon if i put them in front of her i'd come back and there'd be only bones left on the plate~!" ROFLMAO!!!! he's too precious! So i guess, one cheat out of 18 meals so far is ok!

My running is strong, nutrition is strong and im feeling quite invincible... beer is just not in my vocabulary....i keep saying "beer makes me fat" over and over again...and it seems to be working :)
So, so far so good, am hoping for my nano to turn up today, can't wait to have it back!! I have also been listening to Tony Robbins every day....in todays lesson i learned that i can make myself feel pretty darn good by chanting incantations, i would have looked pretty dumb running along breathing 4 breaths in and four breaths out screaming "all i need is wihin me now" roflmao oh well, will give the locals something to talk about!
Leaving quote to think about for the day, because this has been very true for me in the passed:
"We seek the teeth that make the wounds" Anon
